They run out of plastic bags... Then they offer the plastic store baskets to customer to take home... Then the baskets r home for lite shopping trips...and bc of this there end up being no carts... Lines r always long and usually only 1 maybe 2 registers opened... Not enough workers...cashiers refuse use of coupons or give an eye roll or huff bc they have to scan them... Store always has a funky scent that is horrendous... Mainly from flowers left to long or can return area... Meats and veggies go bad quick (3 days long if lucky)

Sometimes there are not enough cashiers and that is how this company rolls it out in the city. The workers take on extra burden and the customers take on 10-15 minute waits. The management are usually stuff shirts who don't live around here....but the people that work here that live in the neighborhood, the best people in Buffalo. The prices are high and staff has told me it is because they prey on food stamp recipients whom must shop here because they are here (100% honest, staff has mentioned several times).
 I only go here occasionally, now that I am off food stamps, so maybe they are right. Uber is coming to Buffalo, so maybe others will find cheaper transportation to buy at Wal-Mart on Walden,much cleaner AND CHEAPER.
 Also next time you are here during the day, watch how 3 corporate guys will nod in approval as some produce guy is laying out the worst,rotted food on unsanitary produce shelving that appears never cleaned. I almost cursed these stuffed shirts out, I worked here in the 90s, they are not righteous. Guy Smiley, the manager, should be ashamed because it is obvious what he is doing here....that produce is trash bro, man up, you thief, heathen

Well the produce section was a mess, the cheese section was almost nonexistent no sergeanto sliced cheese. Perhaps i should of went somewhere else. The check out girl was nice and polite and i got to the casher fast. I will try not to come back to that tops.

Out of stock items many times.store is run down. Not enough cashiers.should have self checkout. I dont like going there but its close by.
