Good place overall.  Things to improve would have staff pay more attention to detail and manage customer expectations appropriately.

The service at The Bike Shop was great,  quick and reasonably price. We needed a flat rear tire fixed and we're in and out in about 30 min.

I had researched a particular bike online and through the manufacturers website I linked to the Canadian distributor: that website was three years out of date and the distributor suggested six metro area shops...none of whom called me back.
I began calling shops nearby my home in Collingwood and Mark replied immediately!
I am thrilled to say my preferred bike arrived today...three weeks from special order...priced as promised with only a small deposit left on a credit card over the phone.
Mark had some challenges with the distributor who obviously is not on the ball when it comes to keeping media links up to date; but he succeeded in helping me.
I have several friends wanting the same bike....my new ride will be the test subject and Mark will receive their business too I an sure.
I understand Mark and family love golden retrievers too, so; Lily, my family golden, will travel with me to meet the shop personnel...two or four footed.

I met Mark and dogs and staff this morning as I picked up my bike....impressed with everything...accessories are fairly priced and knowledge is HUGE!!

No pressure help is most impressive.

Great fast service,  with many new bikes to choose from when it's time for an upgrade.
