Bought 2008 GTI about two years ago here loved it no issues. Been all through the other dealers "high end" ones sell Range Rovers and Porsche. All great up front but do not take care of you after Sale and treat you like crap. So today stop in and loved it again here basic no hassle this is way it is and price take it or leave it. Love they don't play the back and forth game. So bought Charger RT! Awesome straight forward place for used cars at a great price!

I recently bought an Audi from tower auto. I haven't even had the car for two months and it already has a number of issues. I have to replace tires due to constant leaks. My windshield wipers were supposed to be replaced by them and were not. Also, my check engine light is on now due to my engine running too cool. Please save your money and go elsewhere.

stopped in at Tower Auto , was greeted by sales guy Jason. I went in knowing what I wanted and what I could afford. Jason helped me by showing me a few cars , letting me know what would work for me. I picked out a beautiful Mustang , Jason was very patient in working to make sure it worked out for me , and today I'm bringing her home !!  :)  Great guy to do business with. Highly recommend.

I had nothing less than a fantastic experience at Tower! Richard was extremely helpful and made the process so easy & so exciting for me. I could not thank Richard and tower auto enough for getting me in my new car!

I don't hate the place. The salesmen were great HOWEVER the service was not. You can tell that however they pass inspection was not a good one. Two or 3 days the steering wheel froze up. I did a power flush myself did nothing. Brought it back to the dealer they fixed it as well as done alignment which should be standard done before purchase. Ok here's the two things that pissed me off. One, the refused to fix the radio because it was not under the lemon law due to it being "aftermarket". Luckly, I am diy guy and replaced it with a 200 dollar radio. Two they said they fixed the GPS navigation/ temp gauge in the truck, however it never worked even after I got it back. After asking about a simple replacement bulb in the dash and saying "that would take too much time" that took seconds, and them completely assuming that the radio wouldn't work because it's aftermarket, I gave up on their awful places they go for repair. Eventually I will replace the OEM navigation myself but it's 150 dollars and I don't feel like sending money on useless things like that. Finally the last problem which is standard matience. The brakes. 4 months later and I'm replacing all 4 brakes. That means that they paid someone to just pass the inspection or they knew that the brakes needed replacing soon and they didn't bother to replace them. Not to mention that there was a small crack in the window. They sent a glass repair to fix the crack. will never go to a place like this again.
