Excellent customer service and very good customer satisfaction. Courteous service from their courtesy car service and staff. Always answer questions no matter how difficult or trivial. When I purchased my vehicle from Fucillo, I adopted into the "Family of HUGE"!! Thank you, Fucillo!!

Best car buying experience I ever had! Billy Cooke was great, no pressure just a firm belief in Kia products. Matt Panaro got the deal done and the finance guy Brett was amazing getting me financed! I originally wanted a used Honda, Nissan or Toyota only because that's what I knew as reliable. I was hooked once I drove the car off the lot! My first brand new car ever! It had 9 miles on it at time of purchase. Just had my first oil change and I was in and out less than 30 minutes! I was also a half hour late and they still got me in and out. I recommend all my family and friends to buy from Billy Cooke at Fuccillo Kia, the man knows his stuff!!

Fast Professional services, friendly customer service, cars sales persons/associates very helpful. In general good place to shop for cars or service your car.

The customer service representative at the front counter was very communicative and friendly. Also, it took less than one hour for my car to be diagnosed and fixed. My warranty covered the part which was great as well!
