My names Sabrina, I'm 18 years old and I just bought my very first car from Jay at J&B auto sales under my own name. Its a 06 Mazda Model 3 5-speed Manuel, and it's by far the best vehicle and dealer Iv delt with and first brand new car experience ever! Thank you so much for all the help. I was able to take out a loan for myself not having any credit through a really great bank that is out to help those that want to built credit! It was a very good price and although my check engine light turned on the first day I brought it home, there was no problems or miscommunication that happened and took care of it all for me an fixed it! It was throwing a coolant temperature sensor code, so thanks to jay and referring me to his mechanic that were also great people and I now can refer myself to, went from 25.5-25.9 mpg to a flat 26.0 now, thanks to you guys! Im absolutely in love with my car 😍

The price of these cars is usually pretty good, and many of the cars are in good looks. But they do tend to have lots of miles, and the service is mediocre.

I called about a 2006 Toyota I saw listed and asked if it had been smoked in. The salesman said "It's an old car, what do you want?" I asked him if he could please smell it for me before I drive all the way out to see it, and he said "Lady, I'm with customers right now that are actually buying cars , if you want to see a car come on down and see it" . What a jerk! I am on bed rest and can't just drive out to every dealership with a Toyota to see it. Maybe he should hire somebody else with customer service skills to help him.

This place sold me a lemon that  pass inspection with incorrect and inaccurate brakes. Don't recommend. Auction bought cars with no repairs. Plain lemons. Do not recommend anyone buying these auction lemon quick flipper cars with no maintenance. ''Lemon City''  They work closely with there partner Mcgregor Auto on Eirie Blvd in downtown Schenectady. Auction cheaply brought cars, with zero maintenance and a quick and easy flipper. This place is bootleg.
