This is a very charming pet store with extremely well cared for animals. I had the opportunity to visit the dogs one time because a lady was holding one, but I only visited them once because I knew I couldn't get one. My husband doesn't want a dog like I do or I would have come home with four. Having read a few of the negative reviews, I just had to respond and say all the dogs are in extremely clean and large enclosures with plenty of room to romp and play and having each other right next door for company. Their coats were all beautiful! Each and every one seemed very healthy and happy. Not one dog was crowded with any others. Of course the dogs are excited to see people, just as any dogs awaiting a home would be. The owner and staff are kind, helpful and obviously care deeply about the animals they sell. I truly don't understand why anyone would say otherwise. Whenever I've walked into this store, I'm greeted both by warm people and a clean smell and atmosphere. Animal rights and welfare are my lifelong passion, and this store honors and respects those rights and welfare in every way. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I'm a little amazed that this place stays open as the conditions seemed far too cramped and dirty for any creature to comfortably or happily live there. My heart broke looking at the puppies shoved together in a tiny room. I didn't find the owner as rude as most people seemed to, but definitely a little odd. I truly hope either the conditions improve drastically or someone steps in to help these creatures. The prices, while obscenely high, were the least of my concern in comparison to how the animals were being kept.

Bought a inbred German shepherd puppy from here years ago and it had to be put down at a year old. You have your tortoises listed as "wood tortoises" their Russians. This is the dirtiest pet store I've been to nicer ones in Mexico. No one shop here sick animals! Way overpriced , walk in and you'll walk right out. Animal lovers my ass

Bought some rats from here 2 weeks ago, he said they had no upper respiratory problems, which was a lie. They've been sick since I bought them and they're both dead even though I put them on antibiotics. Also thought it was really strange that the guy said he doesn't allow people to play with the puppies because "they'll get confused".

Rude old guy working. Small. Unkempt. Creepy. The floors are squishy and seemed like I would fall through. I didn't feel safe walking on them. The un socialized rabbits are kept in a clothset in a box. Not good, not good at all.
