Nice facilities, very clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the bed. I hated it. It was so hard it made my back hurt after just a couple hours and I had to move to the couch just to try to sleep. Whoever chose those mattresses is completely out of touch with what most people would find comfortable.

Best place in Carlsbad to stay. The woman who checked us in was very polite and helpful. The icing on the cake is that the rooms aren't much more expensive than some of the lower end hotels in the area.

My family and I stayed at the Towneplace Suites in Carlsbad December 26th-Jan 2 2018. The staff was very attentive and quick to fix any problems we had. Also the worker responsible for the breakfast worked very hard to keep all the food items filled. The room was clean. We also were able to bring our dog with us which was a plus. The place was quiet in spite of the hotel permitting people to bring their dogs with them. Overall, it was a great experience and probably the best hotel we've stayed in. We will be coming back to the Carlsbad area at some point in the future in the summer to view the bats and experience the different things to do on the Pecos river. We will only book our stay at this establishment.

- The facilities are relatively new, and everything is very clean here. - The internet here is significantly faster and more reliable than most other hotels, even Marriott branded ones. - The hot tub seems to be open 24 hours, very relaxing after a long day.

Hotel seems fairly new. Nice rooms. Very comfortable. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Not too far from Carlsbad Caverns.
