My sales person was one special young man, MATT SMITH.  Matt greeted me with a warm smile and firm handshake, treating me like I was the only person in the world. I had come in only to meet friends having their car serviced.  I just wanted to "sit" in a new car.....I had my little ole' PT  16 years.   Well....I test drove a Toyota ....the rest is history!.   Matt was not only a great salesman, but he also was interested in my needs for just the right vehicle. He pointed out all the great features that Toyota has to offer, but because he has such a complete knowledge of the mechanical side of vehicles, he really pointed out further reasons to buy Toyota!  And I did....;-)   I LOVE my new 2016 RAV4.   Matt is my new forever friend. Meeting with Kendall Willis in finance was TOPS....patient, kind, explaining every detail about purchasing my new car, helping me understand everything step by step.  And with your neat and friendly manager Jonathan Turner, and sweet helpful Pat at the welcome desk that night, I consider Toyota of Surprise  The Best Dealership in Arizona! And Wow! the service dept. people are all super good team members!

Thanks, especially to Austin Tafoya, but also to the entire staff at Toyota of Surprise for making my car buying experience more enjoyable/less stressful. I chose four cars at 3 dealerships to test drive and planned on making a decision and purchasing one of them the next day. 
Even though I test drove 2 of the cars from Toyota of Surprise, it took less time there than at either of the other two dealerships. Austin knew exactly where the cars were that I was looking for. He showed them to me, answered all my questions, got me a price on the one I was still interested in and let me leave. He stayed in contact, without being pushy, and made sure that when I came back in to buy the car, I was in and out as quickly as possible. 

The other dealerships couldn't find the cars quickly and tried to pressure me into buying a car immediately. I would definitely recommend Toyota of Surprise. If you want to buy a car from them, they'll make it easy. If you don't want to buy a car from them, they won't waste your time.

The best experience of the 5 vehicles we purchased this year. 
Preston was honest and kept his word without any issues. We agreed on a price and I drove out from San Diego and purchased the truck. 
They even stayed open a little past closing for us due to traffic. 
I love this team and cannot say enough about their honesty and warm attitude for the buyer. 
I will be coming out again to buy another vehicle here. 
I love the 2012 GMC Denali and it is better than the many pictures they sent me. Absolutely a great experience on a used vehicle.

My husband and I came here a couple of months ago and bought we bought a truck from Michael Brogdon. Our experience with Michael was the best car buying experience we'd ever had.  So much so, we came back to get me a newer car.  We couldn't find Michael at the time, but we were fortunate enough to meet Matt Smith.  Matt took care of us in the exact same manner!  They both really listen to what you're looking for and what you can afford.  They try to the best of their ability to get you into the car you want and at the best price and for us, they both succeeded!  They are both honest and are genuinely good people.  Michael and Matt are the guys that are going to keep us coming back to Toyota of Surprise!  Also, the gentleman that did our financial paperwork made it a very painless process!  We love Toyota of Surprise!

My experience at Toyota of Surprise was great!  I really wanted a certain Tacoma truck which they had, and so I called in and ask if they can reserve it for me.  Preston kindly helped me with the process and showed me all the features of the truck.  He really took his time to make sure I understood all that the truck had to offer and made me feel comfortable with the purchase.  I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a Toyota to go to Surprise because they are a new dealership and the people there are very helpful.
