I went there to pick up a piece of lawn equipment. This was a large item that was stored Outdoors. The clerk and the manager came outside to help load it and we found that owner's manuals has been ruined by water and there was considerable collection of dirt and pollen on the machine. Ultimately the manager gave me a generous discount on the transaction.

Employees overall are nice and helpful. First time I ordered online, it was a bit rough but it worked out in the end. Only giving 4 instead of 5 stars due to the online order issue. The store itself is great.

Good selection but, had a little difficulty finding staff for help. They were great once I located them.

Young man at the cash register only wanted to sit down. Young lady helping me get a saw blade shuffled her feet. Poor kids need to get some sleep at night I reckon.
