My boyfriend and I LOVE Vasa! They are the nicest, friendliest bunch of people! They made us feel welcome to Washington right away. The resort is next to a beautiful clean lake! We took showers and cleaned out laundry and had an amazing experience! We are definitely coming back! :)

Paid beach, very clean. Water sports available. Restrooms available. Beach is good but be cautious that deep water is just 10 feet from the beach. A separate deck for divers available. Life guard on duty. Volleyball court. Picnic/party sheds available. Overnight stay in RV/tent is available but we did not enquire about it.

For the gate staff was a little rude and snotty. It is a private park and the parking for the place is rediculous. Other than that it's well kept and reminds me of a children's summer camp destination.

This is one of my most favorite places in the world. It always reminds me of a 1980's coming of age film or a summer camp movie. The staff are excellent and I can't get enough of this place.

Nice venue for a big office picnic (about 800 people). Good mix of sunny and shady areas on a hot August day. Plenty of picnic tables. Great to have access to swimming and other water activities.
