The terminal is amazing; very clean and updated. I believe the drivers truly go above and beyond. Springfield is honestly very blessed to have the routes that are available with such a dedicated team servicing us 7 days a week! ROUTE SHOUT is a very handy perk as well. =)

The drivers are excellent and helpful and patient. The buses are clean and accessible. The Transit Center is very nice, the signage and accommodations are great. The schedules are not always great, and if you try to map a route, you have to have some insider knowledge in order to really trick the system's computer. The payment system leaves a little to be desired--a single ride is $1.25 and drivers can't make change. In the day and age of cards and scanning, there could be better systems. However, buying a month-long pass works okay, if you use the bus a lot.

I love the city transit system. If it wasn't for them I don't know how I would get around town cause I definitely can't afford taxis. Thank you to all the men and women who drive us around safely!!!

Drivers are all approacheable, accomodated and patient. The Transit Center is very clean, accessible, efficient. I enjoy my commute to and from work daily.
