This station has to be one of the worst I've ever been to, all staff are very rude, customer service very poor. We were told bus was leaving at 6:05pm, ready to board by 5:45. One passenger left all of his luggage on board as we were told that it was fine. Bus left station at 5:55pm, driver was informed that he left a passenger behind, leaving 15 minutes early. Driver informed all passengers the schedule has changed. Driver threatened all passengers that he was going to terminate all rides, telling some passengers that if they had something to say, come up front, like in a challenging manner. We had this driver from St Louis, Missouri to Salina Kansas.

Where do I start with this one? I'm not sure why I keep giving Greyhound a try after multiple bad experiences in different states. This one starts with a 4am bus to Chicago from St. Louis. An attendant directs us to load our bags onto a luggage cart at 4:12 which led me to believe that the next step would be to board the bus. He then had us go back inside so he could tell us that the bus is now delayed an hour due to the driver coming in late the afternoon before and not having enough turnaround time. No email or updates from Greyhound make this frustrating considering they had ample time to do so. It is now an hour and a half past the original departure time and I will miss my function in Chicago. I have been hounded multiple times for my proof of ticket purchase by people who weren't informed of the delay and thought I was just roaming around the station. I thought about cancelling and just staying in town but I can't do that because they have my bag. I am in limbo at a Greyhound bus station that is most certainly worse than purgatory itself.

Real inconsiderate service here. My ticket says depart at 1:20am. I completely understand hiccups and delays but at least let the people know. I have been waiting with countless other people for over an hour past departure time and not one employee has tried explaining what is going on and where our bus is despite the three that have pulled in and unloaded in that time. I have been travelling for three days now with Grey hound and this is ridiculous. At least the other terminals had some common curteousy. Will NEVER COME THROUGH ST. LOUIS AGAIN!!!!!! It is now three hours past departure time and only after I demand to speak to the supervisor do they inform me they cannot find a driver. I repeat, NEVER TAKING GREYHOUND AGAIN!!!!!!

I would give 1 star but our driver was hilarious. Otherwise the customer service is lacking. Buses will consistently be overbooked by a large amount and things feel very disorganized. It was difficult to get information from anyone employees. Pay the extra money for Amtrak or a shuttle, it's worth it.

It was one of my best experiences, with the St Louis terminal, until I got on bus. The driver was very rude. The bus was not serviced until we got to Amarillo, Tx. Very poor professionalism.
