Several staff members were stand outs, Sade at the front desk and several housekeepers were amazing. This is a no frills property...no microwave no fridge, no actual breakfast but something called a "grab and go" bag (apple, granola bar and bottle water etc).

Clean...but has plenty bugs.

Ok, for money, didn't look like picture. Would I stay there again no but, the front desk help was outstanding and very polite an very pleasant thank you very much SADE for the professional courtesy shown anything we needed she was on it. Thank you for making our stay great 😃....

The rooms are big and very clean. Staff is very friendly and respectful. Excellent price and close to food/bars. The ONLY REASON I gave them 3 stars was because the wyndum rewards members site stated "contental breakfast". They had what they called "grab and go" breakfast. It consisted of OJ, Apple juice, coffee, water, granola bars and peanut butter crackers. These are not viable "grab and go items for people like my husband and children who have nut allergies. What ever happened to fresh fruit like apples oranges bananas or pears for a quick on-the-go snack??? Needless to say I was very disappointed as a Wyndham Rewards member since 2009.

Do Not Stay Here! Retreat! The hospitality is really the only nice thing I have to say about this place.. There are Roaches... We had to put the trash can under the sink to catch the water leak... The bath tub was also leaking into the floor... stayed one night only bc of exhaustion, refunded for the second.

Room was very cold. The lady at the front desk told us to give the heat about 30 minutes to warm up. Free breakfast included a paper bag filled with 1 bottle water... Some peanut butter crackers... 1 orange..and 1 crunchy granola bar. Never coming back.. Stay away.
