Not recommended. If your planning on staying with a dog. Keep looking. It's a dog friendly hotel but if you have a dog at or over I'm roughly guessing 20-25 lbs., regardless if your pet is small in your eyes, it's HUGE to them. Majority of the house keepers on staff are scared of dogs. To the point we're it effects thier work. The house keeper didn't clean my room for a couple days because she never knew when I had the dog with me outside of the room. When generally house keeping is an every day thing, she could've knocked on my door according to her cleaning schedule and I would have simply left the room for her to do her job. Every time she had to walk past my room she would stare into the room at my dog as if she were going to attack her through the glass when she would be asleep on the bed. She made the stay very uncomfortable. It got to the point of switching house keepers so that everyone was happy only after the owner argued with me about me feeling uncomfortable because of her actions. To stay with a dog taller than your kneecap is a no-go. Prolonged stay, no-go. You can also save $ at other places.. no microwave and fridge some places but it's an entirely better experience. And to top it off, you won't be spending every second with COCKROACHES!!

It was a basic room, with hot water (actually quite soft water, not hard), a fridge, a microwave, and a TV. The lighting in the room left a little to be desired (too dim), as well as the outlet placement (directly behind immovable things). But for the price, it's a step above what you'd get in San Francisco for the same price. It gets the job done for a cheap price. And the staff was incredibly friendly!

It's a good place to stay as a last resort for 1 night, especially when you have no reservation, it's late and your tired and every other place nearby has no vacancy. The room was nice considering the price we paid for 2 adults. The lady at the front desk was very nice and provided great customer service !!

The staff is amazing! The office, security and housekeeping are welcoming, caring, kind and friendly. Quiet Rooms, upgraded w/fridge and microwave. Very reasonable rates.

Disappointed 1st non-smoking room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Next room had a slight odor but not objectionable to ask for another room. I found the bed too soft. Elevator sometimes didn't show up so I took the staircase. At least the young man at the front counter was friendly and helpful
