Had to take an unexpected trip to Sacramento, that I knew nothing about area or safety. Stayed here with ease. Although the first night our air conditioner was not working correctly and our sheets were over used and scratchy. We were given another room for our second night which had no problems with the air conditioner but, the sheets still scratchy. Overall the beds were very comfortable and the customer service was very accommodating. Continental breakfast was perfect for the start of our day and we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay there again.

I've been here a few times. The hotel is in kind of a weird spot where you need to make a big loop if you need to go directly back to it. Parking is a bit tight but the hotel itself is nice. Rooms are spacious and is good for most guests. Service is generally good but don't expect to get an early breakfast if you work early.

Had to find a place to stay. This place had a reasonable price. Plenty of room.

pros: -nice and clean beds -clean bathroom -microwave and mini fridge -decent breakfast bar with wide breakfast hours - friendly staff Cons: -based off the pictures online I was expecting the room to look brighter but didn't really feel that way when we checked in. I expected something seemingly higher end based on the rate I paid - we had booked 2 nights but we missed our flight and didn't show up the first night. When we got there the next day and checked in the front desk gave us a story that we were lucky they didn't give our room away, to which I was a little annoyed given I booked and paid for those two nights already. How can you give away a room I already paid for?

You booked it on a discount website. they tried to honor the fees from website, but they add all other fees like tourist fee (twice), convenient fees and many more. Grand total equals regular rate. You ask them about it and they looked at you like there's something wrong with you, but nothing wrong with the charges. Avoid this place...
