We chose Pink Realty for their friendly staff and extensive knowledge. They clearly had our best interests in mind and have proven that throughout our experience. They listened to what we were looking for and went above and beyond to provide us exactly what we wanted and walked us though our first home purchase. We were informed through the whole process of all pros and cons and how to get the most out of our purchase. I absolutely recommend them to any and everyone! UPDATE We purchased the home we are selling through Pink, after receiving orders we moved and used Pink for our property management and they have been nothing but amazing for absolutely all 3. Can’t speak high enough for them! Hands down one of the best companies I’ve seen especially with such an important and large investment!

Working with Pink Realty has been nothing short of amazing. So much so that we did it three times in all. Once to build the house, twice to rent the house, and now to sell the house. They make a stressful and sometimes confusing process seem effortless all while being able to explain and walk you through each step. Our team of Jessica Brown, Russ, Monica, Lisa, and Hannah are so top notch that I would never think about going anywhere else in Colorado. Jessica is so caring and so involved that she’s more of a family friend now than “just” our realtor. Russ’ expertise in property management made our job as the owners a breeze. His attentiveness and organization is nothing short of a super power that made us know we were taken care of even though we were literally a thousand miles away from the property. The whole team at Pink has everything down to a science and it shows. Jessica, Russ, Hannah, Lisa, and Monica, we will never be able to thank you enough.

If anyone needs an AMAZING realtor you HAVE to go with Cliff Pickett from Pink Realty. We couldn’t of got a better realtor. We had a worst case scenario situation and he helped us out so much; he even helped the other side (buyers) with their loan so we can get to closing, and was active with our buyers mortgage company to make sure everything was running smoothly. We are military so this was really important. Along with him being on top of things more than any other realtor we’ve ever met, he went above and beyond our expectations. He was very respectful, considerate, patient and cares about the families and what they are going through, too (which means ALOT!) He deserves so much recognition!! Wish we could use him in Texas with buying a home there! The Pink Realty team is very thoughtful! We got so lucky!

Our agent, Jessica Brown, was phenomenal! She was quick to respond and kept us informed throughout the entire process. She took all the guess work and worry about of the selling process and provided us with answers to all our financial questions upfront even before listing. She went above and beyond to assist with the contracting companies to take care of work that needed to be done on the house in order to sell, even before we decided to list! I cannot even begin to express our profound gratitude for all she has done for us and I would HIGHLY recommend her as I am very thankful she was highly recommended to us by a friend. I only wish she could be our agent when selling our NY house this next year! The entire team at Pink Realty has been amazing to work with! They were always extremely knowledgeable, informative and quick to answer our questions. The integrity of our agent and the company is top notch! HIGHLY recommended!

Jon Gomes with Pink realty really made our first home buying experience a smooth one. He was always easy to reach and very insightful. We are happy we went with him to find our new home.
