Story

Trek Bicycle Store Chattanooga is located in historic downtown Chattanooga in the 2 North Shore shopping center.

Our mission is to promote an active lifestyle through recreational cycling or elite road and mountain bike racing. In addition, the store offers a wide variety of bike accessories, the largest women's section in town, bicycle fitting services and a full service Tech Center.

These people are incredible.  Always helpful and not trying to sell me something I don't need.  Love my Trek bike.  Had an issue with my computer and walked in 5 minutes before closing.  They had me bring it in and stayed 20 minutes late to fix my issue.  I will be back for service soon and I would recommend this store and the Trek brand.

WOW!!! What a great store! The staff was extremely helpful. A special thanks to Tyler for having the patience to answer all of my questions and explain everything so that I could make educated decisions about my purchases.

Went in for a few items and came out with a new bike! Absolutely trusted everything the salesman told us. My son's current bike was 2 sizes too small. They made sure he got one for his exact height. They allowed/made him take it out for a ride at the park. What better way to know for sure if you like your bike. I would not change one thing. I've read reviews about this store being snobby. We experienced nothing of the sort nor did we see that with any other customer's.  Our salesman stayed with us from the moment he greeted us until he helped us load it in the truck. Very very glad I googled bike stores near me...even if it was a 30 min drive! Thank you CW.

I'm in Chattanooga to race the 70.3 World Championships this weekend. I ended up with an issue with my brakes after building my bike. I headed to Trek Bike Shop first thing Thursday morning hoping they would be able to help me. I was blown away by the professionalism and service I received from the moment I walked in. David was able to get me sorted out and got my bike in top shape! I couldn't be happier with the experience. A++. I hung out while they worked on my bike and saw repeated amazing customer service time after time. Definitely would come again
