I visited to check out the sombreros.  The ladies were perfectly helpful, but the male manager/owner was dismissive.  I asked if they hemmed jeans, he said yes.  I went ahead and handed over my expensive denim, not wise.  He returned them in worse condition them I left them.  Don't go here for anything other than buying something of the shelf.
And they answer the phone like you called someone's home, not a business.

Necesitan mejorar un 75%.
Custumers services...

Definivamente ellos necesitan mejorar o educarse para atender al cliente apropiadamente,no make sense, no tiene sentido vender ropa para caballeros zapatos botas y sombreros,cuando ellos se visten como unos pelados...tennis viejos pantalones livais..y camiseta roja descolorida....ademas algunos pantalones son baratos pero muy corrientes ,se les caen los botones de las bolsas,zipper desperfectos,

y lo ultimo compre unos Zapatos, que por poco tengo un acidente en medio de la calle..me resvale que casi me caigo de espalda.. Porque se despego el tacón de los  dos zapatos...increíble como ha crecido el desprestigió de esta tienda 3 hermanos.

Voy a cambiar mis zapatos o devolución de mi dinero...y jamas regreso a comprar ahi..en esta tienda 3 hermanos de oa valley Blvd...
