Imagine going for help when you think you are having a stroke or heart failure. Well you get to wait for care 10 hours minimum. Really?? This facility needs to shut down. They have zero quality care to offer patients. Unless they are illegal and ready to deliver a baby. Put everyone else to the back of the list.

My mother was just released from the hospital with a diagnosis of Stage 3 lung cancer. Tri-City Home Health came by the room twice and made an appointment to come by the house the day after she was released. They gave us an appointment time of one hour (11-12). I called the day before the appointment, never received a call back from the nurse. The appointment came and went with no call/no show. I waited an hour and a half AFTER the window to call to complain. I was told the nurse had a flat tire......I guess that her phone must have run out of battery life as well since she didn't have the courtesy to call or reschedule, nor did the home office which knew of the "flat tire". In this day and age when health care is supposed to be concerned with patient satisfaction I must say this was a horrible FAIL. I completely understand running late, and I can appreciate a physician or nurse or any support staff taking extra time to make sure the patient and care givers understand what is happening. However, I would love to know what would happen if as a patient I was 1.5hours late with no call????? Would I still be seen? I would bet not. Tri City Home Health you only get once chance to make a first impression, and you blew it.

My father (Robert Flores in room 242) was being cared for at Tri-City Medical Center, and he passed away on June 7, 2017. I am very impressed with the wonderful staff, they treated my father and us with great respect and care. They were all very helpful and pleasant. I was really impressed how they delivered food to us on the evening of June 6. It was a complete surprise. I am forever grateful for how well they took care of my father until he passed. They made our sad experience easier. Thank you all for everything you did for us and my father. P.S. My father was also a volunteer for the hospital years ago and he truly enjoyed providing his time to the hospital helping others.

My experience at tri-city hospital was very poor. I took in my 7 month baby into the emergency room because he had a fever and he had a temperature of 103 and I still didn't get seen people that where after me I saw got seen before my child I waited 5 hours in the waiting emergency room!!! however the doctor and staff were really friendly and helpful! This hospital needs a major upgrade and needs to keep the bathrooms alot more cleaner! Other then that I am thankful they took care of my son.

Brought my wife to the emergency room due to irregular bleeding after an operation. The facility was in network for her insurance, but upon arriving it turned out that the only doctor in the ER (Dr. Ryan Smith) was out of network. This was not disclosed to us by the facility at any point throughout the entire visit. Upon entering the rooms, they were filthy. The equipment was old and outdated. The floors looked like they had not been cleaned for months. The doctor made us wait for 20 minutes while he stood outside our room flirting with a nurse. At this point we had been waiting for 2 hours at the facility and the irregular bleeding had completely stopped. He then urged the need for us to allow him to do a 2 minute evaluation of the surgical site, which turned out to be perfectly fine. 4 weeks later we received bills from the hospital ER, the imaging department AND the surgeon for over $600. On top of the massive bill charged to us and our insurance by the ER for waiting in their waiting room for 1.5 hours, then sitting in a filthy ER room for 30 minutes, the doctor also attempted to charge an additional $500 for his 2 minute examination. The fact that no information was provide to us by the facility about the doctor being out-of-network and the outrageous cost charged for their awful facilities, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hospital at all costs. This whole situation has felt like a billing scam.
