Poor Neighborhood Stewardship.  I would think a company would stand behind their community and at least offer to repair a chipped windshield, especially when the material causing the chip was reported immediately. 
This is not the case with Tri-Lakes Ready-Mix,  they insist it is a road hazard (as does the law evidently), despite the fact of the matter is, there would have been no road hazard if it hadn't fallen from their truck.  Tri-Lakes Ready-Mix, I hope a $75 dollar windshield chip repair is worth a negative rating.  If you cant clean your trucks better before leaving a job site, please cover the chutes with tarps and stop creating "road hazards" and breaking windshields of your neighbors.
