I typically go to this salon for just a haircut and see Evan. He is five stars, maybe even six...he’s talented, genuine, easy to share space with, and does an incredible job with minimal direction. Very intuitive!!! Thank you, Evan

This week I went for in and saw someone else for a color to try and add some character or dimension while I acquire length. Typically I do that myself since it’s rarely that complicated and color costs are high. However, I wanted a very blond color strategically placed on the bottom while maintaining the integrity of my hair. 
$160. + $10 tip (I had to leave something out of moral obligation) and at least, if not well over two hours later I was leaving the salon with hair that was about 2 levels lighter...maybe...and little to no variation in color. Although she used an exorbitant amount of foils, put a color on top, and something on the bottom, and put toner on it 2 or three additional times. The end result provided little noticeable effect. 

I personally work really hard for my money but like to spend in less areas of higher quality. I left the salon feeling like I pretty much spent and entire day hauling fuel in the Florida heat for a note that said, “sorry, sucker!”

Admittedly she offered to put an additional color on top to create what I thought we’d clearly decided on in the beginning, even before I left the studio. But I was exhausted, my allergies were already bothering me from the fumes, and I wasn’t sure we were even speaking the same language. 

If I can’t do it myself and/or don’t need it...stick with the “work from the inside out” concept. I’ll always feel better in the long run. 🙂

This place is awesome. Austin, my stylist, is THE BEST and I’ve been going to him for years. His ideas are creative and trustworthy, and he can shape whatever ideas you may have into something you may like even more. He’s spot-on when you are trying to describe something you want to him, and he can explain everything about color and the chemistry of your hair.

Highly recommend this salon. Amazing service, friendly, upbeat staff and wine included. 😋💕

I had a stylist who I've been using for years. I wasn't unhappy, but I wasn't leaving my appointments thrilled either. And let's face it, if you're going to be dropping $100+ on your hair you should be thrilled at the end result.!

I saw all the amazing reviews for Tribeca on Yelp and decided to try them out. Keep in mind I'm not one for change so this was a BIG deal for me! 

Things that really stood out...

- I got an appointment within 2 days, totally was expecting to have to wait a week or two to get in.

- Was booked with Marcia who was wonderful,  very attentive, genuinely interested in what I wanted for my cut/color, and knowledgeable. You can tell this isn't just a 'job' for her, she's passionate.

Eric is the best hairdresser in town. I'm his a loyal customer for more than 10 years. He knows exactly what I want every time and makes me so happy.

New client. Today wouldve been my first appointment but 20 minutes before my appointment I was called to be told my stylist called out sick. I live 30 minutes away and was already on the way. Then was offered an appointment an hour later with a higher priced stylist. No sort of compensation for the  inconvenience. Poor customer service.
