Reviews

Old homes with out of date appliances. They will treat you like royalty until you sign on the dotted line. They will take their sweet time to provide maintenance services, which they provide only on weekdays until 1700 within a 'service time' range of 4 hours, and they do not work weekends. If you work 8+ hours a day, Mon-Fri, look forward to spending your vacation days for non-emergency maintenance issues. They will nickel and dime you with fees for everything when moving out. They leasing agent admitted they do not clean apartments between tenants. Shady practices, buyer/leasee beware, especially of non-military! Would not recommend.

Great place to live! All of the staff is wonderful. Quiet, well groomed and maintained. Michelle, Amy and Dave thank you. I am here almost two years and hope to stay many more. Have recommended to others!

I lived in Trident Park for four years. They were always slow to come out and service broken equipment and complete assholes.

While I was out to sea (US Navy) I found out from my wife that they had never come out and replaced our broken refrigerator and she had called 3 days ago when it broke. When I called they told me that no one had answered the door when they knocked (lie). 

When I needed to leave housing they missed our appointment by 2 hours. I had 30 minutes to get to the base to process out of the Navy before the administration office closed for the Navy. So when they finally showed up they told us that the trash cans had to be cleaned or pay them $100. If they had showed up on time I could have cleaned them, but because of their tardiness I was forced to pay an extra 100. If I had stayed one more day I'd have had paid the same in rent and I would have been in major trouble with the Navy. They knew what they were doing and swindled me. Bad business practices.

Also the apartments are from the 70s and rundown, and the neighborhood is not safe. Someone tried to break in during the night while we were all asleep. The racket woke me and I scared them off. Don't live here if you want honesty or safety.
