I was in a car accident and came here to get checked out for anything that may be wrong. They ended up doing an x ray on my chest. A ct scan throughout. They were very nice and thorough, I definitely consider myself to be high maintenance and they answered all my questions and took very good care of me. Not sure all of their titles but Liz & LA took me for a CT, they did great! Miranda and Greg I believe were my nurses, they as well were wonderful. Doctor Tanzer was excellent. Overall exceptional job. I have had a bad experience here once and was hesitant to come back. Great job! Thank you guys and girls!

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Went there with my wife for a problem she had. She was discharged with instructions to follow up by scheduling appointments. We called to schedule those appointments and we unable to because orders had not been given. Had to call emergency room 2 times since left. Finally got an appointment for two to three weeks later when the problem required immediate attention and was told by ER doctor would be seen the next day. I would not recommend going to this hospital Ever!!! I would drive to a better hospital in Nashville...you want to put your health in capable hands.

I just spent 4 days there. I couldn't ask for nicer nurses. Bent over backwards to make sure my needs and wants were taken care of. Respiratory, lab, dietary, and housekeeping were just as wonderful. And I didn't think I would ever say this, but the food was delicious.

My visit was a bit confusing. I started out on 3rd floor than was sent to 1st floor than back to 3rd floor. Everyone I asked for directions was very helpful.

HelIo Horizon Medical Center!
I had a bad experience in your hospital... I was traveling to Dallas from Columbus, Ohio when I had my sickle cell crisis, I stop and call 911  I got hospitalized for two days and on the second day Dr Mugemuzi, Jules decide to "discharge me" ( literally throw me out ) even though I was still in pain and I could still not stand on my foot  (it was swollen) but he was so focused about discharging he didn't even check to see how swollen was my foot .
Not only that he discharged me when I wasn't feeling well at all, but when the CVS pharmacy called him about calling my insurance for authorisation to fill the prescription he wrote for me, Dr wouldn't do it, that end up costing me $74 I did not have to pay !
Being from out of town, I had to stay in my truck for a day and half in pain, in a freezing weather conditions waiting on my boss to come get me.
I'm just wondering if that's Horizon Medical Center's policy or it's because of the insurance I was carrying.
Either way, that's not how to treat a person or a patient let it alone a patient with a sickle cell disease.
As for the nurses and other personnels, they were outstanding and very compassionate, I thank them all .
