Doctors were great. Nurses and staff left a lot to be desired. My wife had surgery to remove a kidney stone. 2nd procedure for this in 2 months. First time everyone was great. The nurse we had this time was really bad. Did not listen, did not know what was going on. Did not update her charts. Actually laughed at my wife when she was in severe pain. Took forever to get her to come help when needed. I could really go on and on. Really disappointed at the lack of care and service. As much money as we spend on insurance and health care I expect a lot more than we got. I honestly hope we don’t have to go back any time soon. I’m not one to go off on a google review as I am in the service industry myself. I know taking care of patients is a difficult profession but when you aren’t satisfying even the basic needs of your patients it’s just unacceptable.

The staff at Centennial Heart at Southern Hills is AWESOME! The are educated, patient and kind. I appreciate being made to feel welcome as an individual and not just another number. Thank you all so much.

I am not  sure this hospital really minds losing  customers.  I had a very bad experience today at Women's  Imaging center.  One of the  elderly  ladies who  registers  customers decided to insult us for no reason at all.  She was not even serving us and what prompted  the  insult is still a puzzle for me. 
 She told my wife she cannot be served because she's very ill . We ignored that insult because she was not  serving us yet she kept on engaging us.  Later while my wife was  getting the service-- I  went to a room where she was sitting and asked for something instead of being polite she brushed me off and said that  was their  room and I needn't   be there I should go to the waiting room-- had come out of room where my wife was being  taken care of.  I told that and she said -- I know that.  I then told to shut-up.
This someone who does not have courtesy for customers  and does not know   civilized  way of interacting with people.  What  this  demented woman is doing at Women' s Imaging Centers  receiving customers like this hard to tell.  

I searched the website  for in charge of the place to  tell this incident and I couldn't  get any info that could help.  I will call tomorrow to place my complain but this certain  is a hospital  with issues and I will avoid  it as much as I can. I will certain   warn friends and relatives against this hospital and their crazy woman..

Very bad! Very long waiting time at the doctor office. I appointment 10:30 and I had to wait more than an hour. Doctor visits was not more than 5 min, she didn't want even listen to my questions and ran away to another patient. And it's happening almost at all my visits. Anyway it's was my last visit here! Also hospital sent us a bill for service that we didn't use and I have never seen that doctor!!! Tomorrow we have to go and figure it out what's going on!!! That's a SHAME!!! I would not recommend this hospital!

I've had two family members require care at this facility and both were not good encounters.  The staff is less than attentive to patient needs and one relative, apendectomy removal, experiences dangerous bleeding after removal that the doctor did not catch until large abdominal mass started forming!
