Terrible, I have been with this CU since my teen years. Purchased my first car through TFCU, back in June applied for another car loan. After calling, calling, and more calling I was told that not only is it still "out there floating" but they would have to pull my credit again. So my credit has to take a hard hit because TFCU didn't do their job? I work for a CU in North FL and never would we tell a member that. Take my advice and move your money!

This is a Public Facility where u deal with Customers all day long...But you deny the use of your bathroom. Is it even legal to have a facility without a bathroom. #CITY OF MIRAMAR BUILDING DEPARTMENT..

I applied for an equity line in May 2015, and has taken 3 months and was contacted this week by underwriting department that they needed more documentation, I lost a deal of buying a property because of the lack of professionalism and seriousness, it has been the most painful experience in my 50 yrs of life.  I have 2 auto loans and paying it off and will never do business or recommend them.
