I want to personally thank Michelle Harrington, branch manager and Giselle Kassie at the plantation location on clearly Blvd. I have been a member of TFCU for 23 years and I i've never been more satisfied with the customer service that these two women have provided us.

There were three bank employees present. I was told by two employees that only the third employee can help me even though she was working with a customer and had another customer waiting for her. After waiting 35 minutes, one the original two employees handled  my transaction.  Why oh why she couldn't have handled my transaction when I first approached her for help. An added note; the two employees that wouldn't help me, were busy on their cell phones. One employee was so board, she was singing out loud. 
If a bank official reads this, look at the security camera recordings. I entered the bank at 10:50 on June 9th.

Been a customer here for twenty years. Great customer service. The one star reviews are just people expecting them to bend their policy and you can't do that at a bank for security purposes. Get over it and plan accordingly next time.

I needed to make a withdrawal that was more than I could get from an ATM. I was heading over from working on the west coast. I was going to be a couple minutes after closing time. I called to see if maybe I could run through the drive through and someone could help me. I was told no. I raced to the office and arrived at 5:03 pm. Drive through was locked, I went to the door and no one would help me. I know we want to go when it's closing time but it was 3 minutes. I've been a customer for 20 years. Way to give that little extra help to the customers. Now my day just got a lot more complicated. Thanks a lot.
