Smoothies are amazing. Food is pretty tasty too but more of a snack place than a full meal.

I was originally very excited about going here, as I have been wanting to try it out. The cashier was very rude, and instantly made me uncomfortable. Then our food and smoothies came which were very good! Until I found a hair in my salad which totally grossed me out and caused me not to eat my ridiculously priced meal. If the hair had not been there, or the cashier were nicer, I wouldn’t have left this review. I’m just disappointed because I was so excited to go there a lot and spend a lot of money there!! Too bad

Waited 30 minutes for a smoothie along with the person in line behind me. We both had basic smoothies. They "lost our orders" and never asked us if we were still waiting, even though we were sitting in front of them the whole time. One of the workers even started wandering around doing nothing until we spoke up.

Had a really wonderful experience at tropical smoothie. The young man on drive thru was so polite and patient when I had an issue with my card and I just had to make a post about it because not many people would have been as patient about the issue. Also the smoothie and flatbread I got were so yummy! I'll definitely be back.
