I ordered an arrangement based on the picture shown on their website. While they did deliver it on time, the arrangement that was actually made looked nothing like what was shown on the site. I expected something a little more professional (based on the picture) and what I got looked like something I could have put together myself just by stopping by Harris Teeter. I called and spoke to a woman, she did apologize and said they hadn't had any flowers delivered the past 2 days due to weather and they had to use what they had on hand. It would have been nice to know this upfront when I placed the order. I asked for her to reduce the price and she said "no."
