If I was capable of giving zero stars I would. This morning my toilets wouldn't flush and my high level alarm was going off. We've had a lot of rain recently. Well I had to go to work so I had my wife call to have our septic tank pumped out. When the technician Kirby Pfannkuch came out he pumped the tank for $260 and then he informed my sister in law that our pump and float were "burned up" and needed to be replaced for $550. I got home from work and checked it out myself. I unwired the recepticle that feeds the pump and checked continuity between hot and ground. I went to the lift station and sure enough Ants had gotten into the lift station and grounded out the float. After cleaning the ants and plugging the pump in again the motor fired up and pumped the lift station down. How does this guy get away with this. Had I not known how to check it out myself I would have been scammed into forking out another $550 for completely unnecessary pump and float. It's a simple check to test for grounded motors. How did he not catch it......

To Kirby and the staff at All Pro, thank you from Robin Beeson and Jeff Hubbard. I have to say that from the first phone the whole experience with this company was Fantastic!!! Kirby came on time as promised and completely assessed the problem. He did a wonderful job. Very professional and polite. We can't thank you enough, you have earned our repeat business in the future. A VERY REFRESHING PLUMBING EXPERIENCE! After several very negative experiences dealing with at least two other referred plumbers, we called All Pro Plumbing, not knowing what to expect. AllPro surveyed our situation, gave us very fair quote to finish all the plumbing so it was ready for the final occupancy inspection. All technicians sent to our site were efficient, well-trained, well prepared and courteous. A very refreshing experience! All Pro Plumbing has become the plumbing company we trust, and the company we recommend to others. If only we had called them FIRST… Mel Gordon
