Is this even a real business? Called to have a plumber come out said they would be at my house around 1 or 2. I was staying at another house in the neighborhood. They told me they would call before they came. Never received a call. Tried to call them to check on ETA, no answer. Left a message, no returned phone call. Went with another company that was there within two hours. 3 days later still no return from them.

I had a leak on my second floor, Mr. Fetty came out, found my leak, fixed it, and gave me next steps to dealing with insurance, and resolving/addressing my long term concerns from leaking down to my bottom floor. He made the process painless, and quick. I highly recommend Mr. Fetty and will be doing business with him in the future. A+

I called FPI Services out for a plumbing leak. When the plumber showed up he looked at the leak and the kitchen cabinet damage. He found the leak with a leak detection device and that was cool. Once he found the leak cut out a small section in my cabinet and chip a hole in the concrete floor and was able to fix the leak. What I thought was nice about the tech was he even poured concrete beck to fix the hole in the floor. Leak was all fixed and he also recommend FPI Service Restoration to do the water damage clean up. From start to finish they help me out even with my insurance company. Thanks you FPI Services for being a one stop shop for me.
