We had a pipe burst behind our shower. We turned the water off and called several plumbers. Roto-Rooter was the most responsive, and the most able to come out quickly. Our technician, Chris, was very knowledgeable and professional. Instead of damaging tile to get to the pipe, he correctly surmised that we could get to it from a closet on the other side, minimizing wall damage. He also put a nice little access panel over the hole in the closet. The technician thoroughly explained what he did, triple-checked his work, and cleaned up every trace of his visit. Kudos!

Chris was great!  He came out on Thanksgiving night and had our plumbing issue fixed quickly.  Great service and a great person!

Called today, 11/18/2017 letting  them know that I had clogged toilets and bathtub. They came out, # 81 and said it was my septic tank. Charged me $125 and told me to call Averett to clean it out. They came and said it was plumbing problem,which they did. I called Roto back and told them I still had problem. Still waiting on call. Call Stuart's plumbing and they came right out to fix. Call Stuart's Plumbing  if you have any problem. Did a great job.

Our hot water heater was failing to produce hot water.  Rolando came to the house right on schedule.  He diagnosed our problem.  We ended up having to replace the hot water heater but Rolando took care of everything including getting all the parts from the local hardware store.  He made a very trying experience much easier to go through.

They came out on a Saturday when no one else would.  Chris #82 was great.  I'll use roto rooter again!
