A Lot of us don't want to be at work, but we are and deliver the best service possible! I have called in a total of 4 times only to actually hear someone in the background holding the phone and then be hung up on! This is annoying and very unprofessional!

Went to get my son's shot records printed out they were suuuuper slow no one else was there for immunization records. I was told to have a seat and wait. After about 5min my son started acting up so my husband took him to our car to wait since we thought it was going to be quick. After about a 40 min wait I walked to the counter to see why it was taking so long. The lady told me she forgot turned around and printed out the record. Sooooo I waited 45 min for something she could have done immediately because the employee was ignorant, incompetent, and lazy... I'm furious but my husband who was waiting in the car with a screaming 2 yr old is even more furious... That lady doesn't need to be working there!!!!!

After waiting an hour after my scheduled appointment they didn't even offer the services for which I came the front desk staff is very unprofessional. I'd try another location or use OSU clinic where the staff is very classy and professional.

There is one other person in the waiting room besides myself, and I have been here an hour and 5 minutes. As the clerks at windows 1 & 2 proceed to laugh that you can clearly hear throughout the whole waiting area, I ask to see how much longer it possibly would be because someone is watching my child. They get up, look at my chart and just tell me I'm next. That was it. No calls, no asking anyone just looked at my chart. This is the reason I typically go to the one in Collinsville. This one has just seemed to be going under and under no matter how many times they change management.

Well i always gotta wait forever be sitting for at least an hour then finally i am called next to the back which it takes for ever to even get service back there nurses walk out of the room and some more smh but its cool ig.
