Had my car towed there several times throughout the years. Always fast friendly and reasonable with prices. Most importantly they seem to be honest.

I have been coming here since they opened the shop, They did an excellent job, fast, fair prices and very honest mechanics, I really like the attention and the customer service. I will be coming here as long as I can. Thank you for your great service!

Unfortunately this place is full with scam artists. I’ve been friends with the family of the owner and I have come to the conclusion they are not honest at all. Because of the friendship I frequently took my car there but it was never properly fixed. I payed nearly $100 to align my car and he did not even do that properly - too many stories of my friends and my family taking their cars there and they’ve been incredibly disappointed. I wish they would be honest and actually do what they’re supposed to. This is the type of place which tells you they fixed your car but they really didn’t do anything and they break 2-3 more things so you come back for more. Businesses in 2018 should be smart and know that word of mouth is the most powerful tool

Frank know his stuff. He is super honest which is very rare to find in a mechanic shop in miami. His prices are fair and he won't try and sell you something you don't need. I highly recommend his shop especially if you drive a VW or an Audi.

From the moment I stepped inside ,a clean welcoming waiting area awaited for me with Coffee , water,  free wifi a professional atmosphere ,it gave me a good impression , Frank Monsalve the technician  diagnosed immediately what was wrong with my Mercedes Benz without any run around he gave me an estimate with exact numbers .If you are looking for an honest mechanic shop automotive service excellence certified  this is it , they service from Toyota  , Hondas , Mercedes Benz BMW , Lamborghini , Corvettes all kind of cars. I strongly recommend this automotive service center, not expensive very affordable and most of all Honest .
My vehicle now runs excellent thanks to Tuned Auto Works!!
