Reviews

I have been going to TCAH and Dr. Rachwitz for years.  After another Bellevue veterinarian pissed me off, I searched for a new doctor on impulse.  I'm certainly glad I did.  Every experience at the clinic has been great.  The situations around some of the visits weren't the best, but the care we received is always well beyond  expectations.  My miniature dachshund Bailey loves the staff too.  

The cost of all veterinarian services is pretty high around the area and I think TCAH is in line with most other animal hospitals.  We don't have a lot of disposable income, but Dr. Rachwitz worked with us to provide the quality care needed to take care of Bailey's teeth.  I highly recommend his services to any pet parent.  This will be my vet for years to come!

Technician was professional and nice enough, the Vet himself was a condescending jerk. Will never take an animal here again.

They were so kind and caring. Very practical and straightforward about what our cat needed. Have placed follow up calls to check on his progress. I am so impressed and happy with the care our cat received.

Dr. Erich has taken care of our puppies teeth for years. Recently one of our precious puppies was diagnosed with cancer. He has quickly removed the tumor, calmed our nerves, answered questions at any time of day and has got us in right away anytime there has been a concern. His compassion and empathy  for his customers is one of a kind.

I don't give many if any 5 stars, but this place is great!  Fast, professional and friendly service.  Called with what Banfield Pet Hospital called an emergency.  Banfield couldn't get my dog in so I called Twin Creeks.  They now have my business.  Spent time telling me what was going on.  Put my girl on a treatment plan.  Didn't charge me an arm and a leg...just a paw.  Under $100 for an emergency visit?  GTFOH right?   Got me in within 30 mins of my call.  Thanks Twin Creeks!
