I used them to move last summer. They missed the arrival window, which caused me to miss my freight elevator window at the new building. They got lost and did not show up to the correct place. Mostly forgivable if I had been provided with a heads up, which I was not. The move, in total, took about 8 hours and it was just for a 3 room apartment.

To top it all off, I was missing a few items after the move (I assume they were stolen as the dollar value of these goods was around $1000). In contacting the company about the missing items, they shrugged it off, asked if I had proof that one of their employees stole it, and said to contact CPD. I filed a police report and contacted the Better Business Bureau after many attempts to get some sort of recognition/appeasement from the company.

I would never use this company again. They were completely unwilling to justify the wrongs that had taken place. Not only that, I question the ethics of their employees as I was seemingly robbed by the delivery men.

I had a wonderful experience with my team! They were so careful with all of my things and made me feel at ease when I was so stressed. I have used other companies but I will always use Two Men and a Truck from now on! I cannot say enough about the team who moved me! City moves are really tough and they were just great dealing with getting insurance documents to the buildings in advance, finding my freight elevators, navigating long hallways, and getting everything done on time. They were more careful than me about protecting my new floors and they were so efficient. 5+ stars for Two Men and a Truck!

Awesome service!! They arrived right on time, were very polite, and got the work done in a very efficient amount of time. I also had several follow up calls from the management staff before, during, and after my move to make sure everything went smoothly. I'll DEFINITELY be using this company again if and when I ever move!

I chose them mainly because they don’t require a deposit.  The service I got was amazing.  The two gentlemen who came to move my stuff were courteous, personable, and professional.

They arrived right on time and got right to work.  The move was quick and painless.

I had been worried about the move for weeks since it’s so tricky in Chicago sometimes.  Thankfully my movers were not something I had to stress about.

Apparently their movers think that it is charming to sit at stop signs and hold up traffic to honk at and catcall underage girls on a high school campus. Your employees are a joke.
