I highly recommend these guys for moving services. They are very professional, dependable, efficient, and affordable. My wife and I were up against a last minute change in our deadline to move out of our home and they were very accommodating to our needs. We were out of the home with plenty of time to spare. You can't go wrong with My Town Movers!

Movers stole our passports (including my children's) and our credit cards. Currently have a police investigation for fraudulent use of cards and getting video footage from gas stations . Owner of of company, David Crislip, refuses to assist or take any action against the guys. Basically wiped his hands clean of it saying we can't prove it was them. We lived in an upscale community in Williamson co. and the three movers are the only ones that had been in possession of our belongings. Started to get fraud alerts 3 days after the move. We are from England and all our UK cards were kept in our passport holders. This company claims to have back ground checks on employees however the owner says he is unable to supply background info or even give the names of the three movers. The guys are still employed with the company as I actually had a run in with them in a parking lot at an assisted living home. completely random run in and the guys acted as if they didn't even know who I was although they had just moved or furniture. They knew the second they saw me that they had been traced. This company is not to be trusted and I fear for people's safety to be honest. Mytown Movers has criminals working for them. Stay far away!! Message me if you would like more details or if you have had theft as well as I do have an investigation going.

The guys were really nice, but the truck didn't have windshield wipers, and leaked! It rained the day we moved and our couch got drenched in the truck. The company offered to give us 10% back (less than 200$) to make up for the $1,000 couch they ruined. 

The manager was not helpful at all and acted like it didn't matter at all. I would not recommend this company.

We had an excellent experience with My Town Movers!  We purchased a Groupon for $89 for two hours (an amazing deal!!) and even though, as others have mentioned, there is a flat travel charge, we still saved a ton of money over all other moving quotes that we received.

They were prompt and on time; the movers were friendly and efficient and they made it a huge priority to stick with the time that I wanted (they were right at the three hours I asked for!) They didn't complain at all, even though they carried all of our furniture up three flights of stairs.  Very impressed and will hire again!

What a fantastic experience working with My Town! Jiovhan and James were prompt, courteous, very professional, and extremely careful with all of our furnishings ... can't ask for anything more than that! We've moved a number of times and in all honesty, they were the best movers we've ever worked with. On top of our moving day experience, the service we received from their front-office staff was impeccable, especially from David. We would highly recommend My Town to anyone looking for great movers.
