Extremely happy with the experience. Very professional, fast efficient service, great care was taken with my boxes. Office staff was friendly and responsive. The movers were great and very personable. Absolutely recommend these guys.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Iv used them twice and never again, I live in Florida. I was scheduled for a move 2 days before a major hurricane was going to hit. I recieved a call the day prior telling me they would need to "reschedule after the hurricane sometime" I told the woman that I felt it was ridiculous since the hurricane was not coming for another 2 days (thier reasoning was they couldn't have the drivers on the road). I pleaded with them to reconsider and they agreed to send someone that same day. 1. They sent 3 guys and had the audacity to try and charge me for 3 (I was quoted and only asked for 2). 2. They sent me another quote via email right before the movers arrived that was almost double! The woman never said anything about the quote changing. And I only become aware I even recieved a second quote that same day after the move was completed and lots of back and forth between me and the movers about the amount. Mind you even though they ripped my leather couch from rooms to go on the move out down the stairs, I still tipped all 3 25$ each, they apologized and filled out an incident report and told me not only would they send someone out to come fix it but they admitted they were reluctant to even tell me what happened since the repair comes out of their paychecks (unprofessional)... I let about 2/3 weeks pass because again, we had a hurricane and eventually weeks turned into 2 months. Called several times and provided the name of the movers and date of the move and the incident with my leather couch. I even have a copy of the incident report! Each time I am told that a manager will need to call me back bc no one is currently available. 5 months later and no return phone call to this day. DO NOT USE this Company

They were conscientious, efficient and fast. Finished in under quoted time which saved me money. Highly recommend.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE MOVE. YOUR MEN WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HANDLED OUR PROPERTY AS IF WERE THEIR TREASURE.  THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, WERE VERY ORGANIZED AND EFFICIENT AND DID NOT STOP OR TAKE A BREAK UNTIL THE JOB WAS FINISHED, AND THEY COMPLETED THE JOB IN LESS TIME THAN WAS ESTIMATED, SAVING US A GREAT DEAL OF MONEY. YOUR COMPANY FAR EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. THANK YOU FOR A STRESS FREE MOVE.
