The absolute best customer service. So great I want to especially mention Laurie who took all of my calls, called back as promised and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Rick was my contact just before pick-up and then throughout delivery. Great guy and kept me happy all the way through. Our driver was Harold. Wow. Hard working, positive and an expert. Could not be happier with the service I received.

My interstate moving experience with Nationwide was a pleasant surprise. Their estimator had the most complete inventory list of the three bidders. Then John gave me an all inclusive but still competetive price we contracted for. Uzi and his crew showed up, packed, loaded and delivered on time as promised. There were no damages, or extra charges. The original price quoted was  what I paid. 
The entire operation was very professional and friendly. I would recommend Nationwide Van Lines to anyone.

I have moved many times throughout my life and this company by far was Top Notch!  From the first phone call with sales on through with the actual move, everyone was completely professional.  And unlike other companies, the first person I spoke with and that was responsible with giving me a quote and the booking actually stayed in touch throughout the whole move from the beginning to the end...now that's great customer service!!!  Thanks Todd as you are a great representative for your company!  I had Johnny for my mover and he and his team were amazing on both ends!  If you want a company that is completely transparent and accountable in all areas of orchestrating and finalizing a move, then you will not be disappointed with Nationwide Van Lines.  My move was from Tampa, FL to Charlotte, NC and all my belongings made it with no surprises in final costs.  Truly a great experience for a move!  Thank you Nationwide Van Lines!

Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I would recommend Nationwide.  Uzi and the other guy were both professional, courteous, efficient and not one thing was broken.  Out of 4 large moving companies, they were the cheapest, but in the end they ended up doing a great job.  We added some things to be moved on pickup day and decided to leave a couple of things behind, and Uzi was so easy to work with, plus his quick wit and sense of humor was greatly appreciated. 

I did not anticipate moving a 4 BR house would take 10 hrs to pack, but being there were only 2 guys doing the work this made sense in the end.  We left the same time the moving truck dis and arrived at our destination at 3am, and delivery was scheduled 9am-1pm the following dat.  This a difficult time frame, especially for my parents who are in their mid-80s.  Uzi said he would try to come later if he could, and he did come at 1pm, but I had been sitting at the house since 9am, so a phone call from Nationwide would have been helpful there to confirm a later arrival.

What mover would ever earn 5 stars on an interstate move?  Nationwide Van Lines, with Uzi in charge!  Uzi and crew packed and loaded me for a move from Northern New Hampshire to Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.  From the initial calls with Alana for scheduling to the final calls from Rick, working with me on my payment method while I was still on the road, I felt cared for and respected.  My homegoods arrived earlier than expected, and so far as I unpack, I am finding all is well...even noticing the extra steps Uzi and his help took for my items to arrive in good shape.  Thank you for the pleasant experience.  If you choose Nationwide,, you will  not be disappointed!
