If I could give negative stars I would.  Worst moving experience.  Here is my email to the manager, who never addressed the issue: 

Noah,

We plan to never use Top Notch again and plan to give it a poor review, because of how we were treated by David.  He spent about 20 plus minutes trying to charge our credit card while the clock was ticking for the job.  In other words, David was charging us for the time it took to charge us.  When I complained, he told me that’s how it is.  I told him I was unhappy with the company.  Since he was rude and continued to drag his feet while emptying the truck, I jumped on the truck to speed up the process.  I then heard David yelling “get off of my truck!”.  I asked him for the name of his manager and he said it was him.  I told him he was the worst manager I have ever dealt with.  He responded “ you are the worst customer I have ever dealt with!”  We got into a shouting match and he exclaimed that he was ready to stop talking but “you keep taking!”  I explained that I was an attorney and that I don’t bill people for the time it takes to bill people.  He responded that “you attorneys bill people for everything!”  

I have to tell you, I have never been treated that way by a person that was paying over $500.  I expect way better customer service and what a giant failure your company was on this occasion.

I expect something to be done for this experience.  Otherwise, I will assume you condone this sort of behavior by an employee.

Great experience.  Very friendly, careful and helpful with moving everything. Took longer then expected to move a 2 bedroom condo, however this was not their fault.  I didn’t realize how much stuff I had.  
They also were able to take my TVs off the walls and undo my desk and put it back together which wasn’t an easy task. They gave me extra wardrobe boxes to use as well. Highly recommended

By far, the best moving experience I’ve ever had. David and Oliver were there early. They were incredibly professional in every way. I just had a small one bedroom apartment, I am far from a millionaire. But they treated my furnishings and possessions as though everything was made of gold. I’m not even exaggerating. These guys were phenomenal. Truly professional. I highly highly recommend them.

This was my first experience with a moving company and it was excellent. The employees were responsive from the moment I contacted them, they explained everything in detail, helped with all needed paper work and always had time for any questions I had. The price was discussed before the moving date , so we didn't have to deal with extra charges on the moving date. 
The moving team Victor and David were very punctual, polite ,and extremely professional. They worked carefully and got everything set up the way we wanted. They came with all the need supplies and made sure nothing is damaged or scratched. 
I will definitely use them again in the future. If you want a personal attention this is the right company to work with!

I would like to thank Top Notch Movers, 
I couldn't ask for better company then Top Notch.
Got the phone number from a friend of mine, from the first min' to the end of the move Henry and his guys treat to our move like they are moving a family member, i must say that i was surprised!!! 
The price was right and  been explained before time.
At the day of the move the crew came on time and been professional and quick.
I must say  i'm impressed  by Top Notch.
