This U-haul location has a very small lot.  If delivering after hours make sure you are comfortable maneuvering a trailer in a tight place.  Typical U-haul.  Spend the extra money and go Penske if you can.  If on a tight budget U-haul gets the job done.  The location in West Park is much larger and has more inventory.

Manager did not even acknowledge me when I came in. After standing in front of his counter for about a minute (he was too busy with paperworkto acknowledge me) he told me to go to the next register and somwone would help me soon.

Totally rude and he was demeaning to the employee helping me. I do not see how this guy is a manager let alone working with the public.

I came in last minute and Mark made sure I was taken care of, any delay in getting my problem fixed could hurt my business. I will always go here and trust their excellent work!

 okay, I was prepared to write a bad review because I had a1 o'clock appointment but they were over an hour late, but they were professional apologetic and I got my hitch installed in less than 20 minutes. The only charged me $30 for labor every other place in town wanted over 75.
I am pleased with the service I did receive.

I've used this location a few times and has excellent service. The trucks are clean and problem free.
