Let me tell y’all something! I have had one of the greatest experiences dealing with this public storage facility here in Forest Park.  The facilities are nice and clean and the office area and bathrooms are very sanitary.  I have seen some public storage facilities that have rats and roaches! But not this one. The storage space was very clean. If you consider any public storage in this area consider this property. The customer service is also fantastic.  Mrs. Christen is so wonderful. She provided great customer service with a sense of humor. I felt right at home.  If you are considering renting with any public storage, choose this one RETNA!!!!

I experienced the worst customer service at this location ever after a 18 1/2 hour drive from Nj to this  location (4889  Old Dixie hwy) we walked up to the door and before we could say a word the young lady (  Denise ) opened up the door and said I’m off the clock y’all have to wait 15-20  minutes  even though the sign on the door says they close from 1:30 - 2:00 for lunch and slamed door in our face. And then when asked about the unit we had  reserved she said we had to get a bigger one because we needed two locks and the light didn’t work in the unit and the crazy thing is that the light didn’t work in the bigger one as well. Also when my Brother asked about the price  difference between the two units she then  question him about who was paying for it. Just very rude and very disrespectful on so many  levels. But I will say that when I talked to the  facility’s manager (Christen) the service was so very much different and respectful it really was a  pleasure to speak with her.  Even though I still did not get this matter handled am I am very much upset about that.
