Takes about 15 minutes for someone to finish helping you.  And if someone's in front of you, it will be half an hour till you're out of there.  Prices are also very misleading.  I thought I'd be paying roughly $20 as advertised for moving in-town.  But all said and done it came to around $60.

These guy are the most professional friendly U-Haul service I have ever met. They have gone out of their way to make arrangements for last minute changes to my moving plans. They are quick! I'm in and out in 15minutes to pick up a truck. Others places make picking up the truck a full waste of an afternoon. Employees are very knowledgeable- I never get that "it's not my job to know that" stare I get at other places. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

DO NOT GO HERE! If you do choose to go here, please double check when they attach the U-haul trailer to your car's hitch. We had a lady help us and she attached it all (trailer to ball on hitch, chains, and the lights). She gave us the okay to go and we drove off to head home. About a mile away the trailer came undone (we were only going about 30 mph, luckily). The trailer was swaying everywhere and hitting the bumper and pulling our vehicle around because it was only being held by the safety chains. We got out and inspected it because we thought maybe it was an issue with the ball and hitch that we had just bought, but we realized she FORGOT to screw the U-haul to the ball so it just came right off. It caused damage to our bumper and ripped the wire that attaches to the trailer for the lights to work. Please just check over your stuff carefully, that was a scary experience and could have been a lot worse!

Not a huge fan of U-Haul, but the staff here were really nice and made the process of returning the truck easy.

Got a hitch installed here. The process of managing customers seems like it needs some help. Employees seemed really unsure of what to do with customers. However, my trailer hitch seems to be installed fine, so...good overall, I reckon.
