Went to this location to drop a truck off. Looks like they have ample RV/Boat storage and a huge climate controlled storage building. If you are driving south on the 303 you cannot exit at the road it is located on you have to drive another mile down and make a big loop back to the place. Like so said I just returned a rental there

I just want to extend a great big thank you to Josh at the store for jumping in and covering MY LACK of organization. He got my situation turned around in a phone call. Then I want to extend another great big thank you to Tiffany for doing such a great job delivering my U-box's to my home this morning. Its 106 degrees in Phoenix right now with 33 percent humidity. I was amazed at how fast she fork-lifted the boxes off that huge truck, placed the boxes right where I wanted them, then took the time to explain to me how to properly load them . I was going to pick them up myself as they offer that as well, however I am so glad I changed my mind and had them delivered. I feel like U haul just rolled the red carpet out for me. Go Josh, Go Tiffany and GO - U-HAUL !! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING. Joyce

The customer service is very nice. I got a good deal. From AZ to CA for 114 for 26 inches truck. The trucks are looks clean and new

So far everything I have wanted to do involving the rentals and even trailer maintenance I have managed to do well at this location. I have had my cargo trailer re-wired, rented motorcycle trailers to move my daughter, and am now renting a car trailer to move another car to a different state. The staff at this place has been thorough and complete in showing competence and knowledge for all the products they handle and the services they provide. I highly recommend this location.

I just called and held for someone for 9 minutes on the phone. It rolls to a central number and I spoke with the most rude person. She was extremely put out that I was asking for moving pads. She knew that she was a central location but I did not at first. Name, phone number email address all before I could find out if Moving Pads were available. Then this HUGE Place has ZERO moving pads available. What? Huge UHaul facility but no pads. I said what about the location at Cave Creek AZ??? Cannot help you just give you a phone number. And just like that I move on to find them and another store that answered the phone on 1 ring... Moving Pads? He says of course sir as many as you need.
