Story

We are a specialty retailer currently operating more than 90 retail locations in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. We feature a wide range of products from home electronics, appliances and computers, to furniture, mattresses, and smartphones.

We sell home appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers and ranges, and a variety of consumer electronics, including LCD, LED, 4K, 3D and Ultra HD televisions, tablets, computers and computer accessories, Blu-ray and DVD players, and home theater products. We also sell furniture and mattresses, including furniture and related accessories for the living room, dining room and bedroom, as well as both traditional and specialty mattresses. We continue to introduce additional product categories for the home to help respond to our customers' product needs.

Our salesman Brent was extremely helpful- no pressure, just good service. On the next day, the men who delivered our furniture were very speedy and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and were very careful navigating around our home. We ordered a reclining sofa, love seat and a large Weber grill which are not lightweight, easy products to move. I am very satisfied with my recent transactions with Conn's and will be a repeat customer.

Super nice and efficient sales people. Delivery men were awesome, great customer service skills and not rushed. They took their time to install and go over how the items worked. I’m very pleased with my first experience with Conn’s Homeplus.

Clean and friendly. I was greeted right away and everything I needed to look at was shown to me. Their audio display for their television speakers needed work. Not everything was hooked up so some of the things that I wanted to hear were unavailable. Sosa was a nice guy and I'll definitely be going back in the future. It's nice to not have to seek out a salesperson like at other big box stores.

I started to write a review for my POS dishwasher that I bought in July of 2017... then I decided to look up what other people said and LO and BEHOLD!!! I found a bunch that said exactly... I mean EXACTLY what I was about to write so I copied and pasted one and anded my own words! This guy said it perfectly!! Do NOT buy this dishwasher. I rarely write reviews, but often depend on them heavily, so I thoug... – April 23, 2017 Mich – Review provided by Home Depot April 23, 2017 Do NOT buy this dishwasher. I rarely write reviews, but often depend on them heavily, so I thought it was important to come back and review this dishwasher. We've only had it a short time - 2 months. and had to have the top rack replaced because it kept falling down. (ME TOO! Tech will be here monday!)The bottom rack is laid out horribly. Narrow spaces, so you can fit in more dishes, which is fine, unless your plates are thicker. The narrow posts also make it very challenging to line up bowls or serving dishes. There is a wide open gap in the middle of the bottom rack that is more or less useless, except for pots and pans. ( I SAY THIS ALLLL THE TIME! IT SUCKS!)The worst part of this dishwasher is the SMELL.( MY KIDS EVEN COMPLAIN ABOUT IT! I HAVEDOUBLED MY USAGE OF SOAP AND WASH LOADS TO AVOID THE SMELL!) We replaced an older, but still functioning dishwasher, with this one. (AGAIN, ME TOO!) We had NO odor issues in the 15 years we've lived here. But the week after we put in this dishwasher, we noticed a horrible "fishy smell" AFTER washing the dishes! Not the smell you want when unloading your "clean dishes". There are numerous reports of this online and various suggestions how to handle it. None of them really worked for us. (ie: its a "clean machine" because its new, the pipes are lined up properly, etc. Not to mention, we had a 10 yr. dishwasher working the day before and never had this smell) The only thing I can connect it to, is the "auto release" drying feature. It appears the smell is MUCH worse, if you close the door too quickly after it runs its cycle. As if trapping the moisture and heat in there makes the smell worse. I would return this dishwasher in a heartbeat if I could, but Conns has a 15% restock fee even though I had problems within a day or 2 of having it, so #IAMSTUCKWITHIT!
