I have rented from this location several times (trailer only) and I've only had two issues which were resolved after bringing it to the staff's attention. In one case, I was charged for 2 days even though I had brought the trailer back on time. The staff had missed the check in as it occurred overnight and I had parked the trailer back in a spot. After letting them know, I received a refund a few days later (after they had a chance to review the security footage, etc.). In another situation, I arrived at the opening time for the location, but the employee did not show up until about 15 minutes after the hour. I did notify the corporate call in line, but after the employee arrived, my rental was promptly taken care of and I was on my way. I have rented a total of 5 times now from this location and these are the only minor issues I have encountered, and they have always been resolved. I can honestly recommend this location, at the very least for renting a trailer.

Had what I needed but had to wait a long time. Saturday morning and they had only one employee working the checkouts!

Called to see about getting a car hauler and to make sure my car would work and they said yes but when i got there my car wouldnt work and i needed to try somewhere else is what i was told.
