Limited Liability Lesson - I used this moving company to move a few pieces of antique furniture out of storage.  The moving crew seemed nice enough, but they damaged one of my antique chairs.  Afterwards, I learned that they had a limited liability clause of only 10 cents per pound per article.  Basically, they would only pay $1.50 for the chair that cost me $100 to fix.  When I was quoted for my move over the phone, I told them I had antique furniture, but there was no mention of any kind of limited liability at that time.  My learning experience & bad luck.  Don't use them unless you're willing to pay out-of-pocket for anything that breaks or you negotiate a better liability contract.
