I had an excellent experience with my nephew who had a scary shellfish allergy. Especially with the nurse Sara and the guy checking us in and the pharmacy staff.  Sara is an amazing kind accepting human being.  And on top of everything. This young lady was meant to be a nurse❤️❤️❤️  I am a retired nurse practitioner so proud of this young nurse taking over the reins

I really love this place seen a few different ones but my primary one is Tiffany Pulgiano. Can i say that is by all means the best. I will travel far distance to see her. I have never felt so comfortable with a doctor medical personnel until i met her. Her medical assistant Alicia and Kyle are also the best. I swear i can’t say enough of this place. Love you guys

My wife went and I needed a new doctor, and decided to give this place a chance. Bare with me while I explain what happened.

1st visit was a physical. Second visit was to get some immunizations. They are both preventive and covered by our insurance 100%. However, they billed my insurance as 2 physicals and was billed for the 2nd visit. 

You might say it should be easily corrected. Well, I didn’t find out about their mistake until a year later when I got a notification from a credit bureau telling me that my wife had been sent to collections for an unpaid debt to the U of U. I was so puzzled by this, so I did some digging and found their mistake. Apparently, they had been trying to contact me to the phone number I’ve had for years but according to them it said it was disconnected (yeah right!). They also said they sent me mail (again, yeah right!). So, they told me that I needed to contact my insurance provided and correct the matter with them, but it had been over a year, so I couldn’t dispute this. 

I called the U of U clinic again and they were just nasty. Some nasty underpaid old man who probably hates his job answered and pretty much told me he was not going to help because there was nothing to do. So I ended up paying it out of pocket to settle the collection debt (worth it if it meant firing these idiots). I took that as a life lesson to NEVER do any business with any of these U of U clinics. On the other hand, the collection company (non-U of U) was pleasant to work with.

Tmdont get me started about the doctor. The physical was like 10 minutes and the guy didn’t even let my wife talk and ask questions. They say you can tell when a doctor is bad by how they don’t listen to your concerns. 

Avoid trouble. Go somewhere else. You’ll thank me later.

I visIted The Greenwood Healthcenter earlier this year about 5 months ago due to terrible gallbladder pains. I was seen by a doctor here 4 times before actually having an ultrasound scheduled. The results showed I had "multiple gallstones" but I was told they most likely weren't causing my pain. That was the extent of my "help" from this doctor/facility. I finally saw a new doctor a couple weeks ago and was told my gallbladder should have been removed 5 months ago. Thankfully it's been removed, but the poor judgment of this facility left me in pain with no resolve for an extra 5 months. Definitely won't go back.

We’ve been going to this clinic for a few years now. I went here for all my OBGYN appointments while pregnant with Doctors Maclean and Watson and for all of my daughter’s pediatric appointments with Doctor Brownstein. These medical professionals have been absolutely incredible. I have also had some great experiences with the staff that check us in for appointments. They all go the extra mile, and are very patient with my questions. Tonight, we took our daughter to urgent care, and were in and out with a prescription within an hour. I have not had a bad experience with any nurses, doctors, or other staff in the 3 Years we’ve had regular appointments at this location. We are moving 35 mins further south in a month, but I plan to continue driving to this location. Thank you, Greenwood Clinic!
