Facility is closed on weekends, delaying time sensitive material after it was assured to me that it would be here today.  FedEx is now one of the worst places to use as a shipper that I wish i could get a refund.

Collette is awesome. I shipped from ny to pa. The ny rep misinformed me and promised me my package would be delivered on Saturday. When I went to track my shipment and noticed it wasnt scheduled for delivery until Monday. I contacted customer service and they told me that the service I chose doesn’t even work on Saturdays. I spoke to a couple reps and every time I got a different story until I finally spoke to a supervisor who told me to track my package and once it arrives in PA to give them a call back. I was then connected to Collete. She promised me she would go find my package and take it off the truck personally so I can come pick it up. She went above and beyond and I wish all workers will provide excellent customer service like she did !!!

I never found this location. I never made it there. The map of Neville Island on Google is very, very wrong !
