Very Welcoming Customer Service. I recommend Brittany 💯 she takes care of you and is knowledgeable at what she does. I moved banks for a Student Account and they make it accessible and no hassle about age limits or any extra stuff.

Very unhappy with this branch particularly the manager of the branch I believe his names Mike or Michael might be mistaken but I doubt it I've been banking with usbank for years I've got business accounts, personal, savings, credit cards, you name it anyways I opened up a savings account here at this branch made a simple mistake of doing more than I was supposed to mobile transfers from my savings to my personal account now if I knew they was charging me 15$ per transaction I never would have done this I did it ten time totaling 150$ I called the 800 number they refunded me 2 transactions and told me I needed to go into my branch to fix the rest of them $120 remaining so I work 7am to 5pm and can't get into the branch cause our hours collide anyways I call and talk to the branch supervisor to explain my situation hoping he would be understanding and help me out maybe over the phone but instead he very rudely told me since I can't take the day off or come in on my lunch break he doesn't know why we are speaking yes I was frustrated and probably a lil rude but he should have been more professional and maybe just apologized it's $120 but no he was so rude and still no refund of this even if I could get $80 refunded I would be happy I work hard for my money so hard! My names Jonathan Landers I would hope us bank reads this and calls me! This needs to be fixed I'm not happy and anyone who is reading this be careful who you bank with you might end up in a situation like me screwed out of 2 full days work! I was never informed of the $15.00 that I would be charged they're mistake that I'm paying for!!!

The staff are always courteous and professional. There is one teller, Susan who knows me by name. She always greets me with a smile, and asks how I'm doing, about my family, and about my cat Adonis.
