This is the second time I've been to this branch and had to deal with Michelle pena. She is very rude and unprofessional. I was assessed a fee of $25 for being negative $4.38. I explained to her I just had a death in the family so who worries about checking their account when someone they love has passed. She didn't offer any condolences, just that's a fee we can't override and have a nice day. I will be closing my account as well as my husbands...
